Cancellation policy and conditions
🔹 Cancellation by the customer
Cancellations must always be requested in writing.
The refund conditions are as follows:
- More than 30 days before the activity:
A 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued. - Between 15 and 30 days before:
85% of the amount will be refunded. - Between 2 and 15 days before:
70% of the amount will be refunded. - Less than 48 hours in advance:
No cancellations or refunds are accepted.
Weather conditions
If weather conditions do not allow the activity to take place for safety reasons:
- A date change at no additional cost will be offered, or
- A voucher with no expiration date to enjoy the experience at another time
⚠️ No monetary refunds will be issued in these cases.
⚠️ Other conditions
- Cancellation must be requested in writing (email or agreed medium) and proven.
- No additional compensation is provided.
- The company reserves the right to modify or reschedule the booking for justified operational reasons.
